In order for clients to use our service, we

you completing on-line forms which request personal information
about you such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone
and fax numbers.

Information we collect is used to process
your application for a quotation, to arrange your insurance
cover, for accounting purposes and to contact you when necessary.
This information may also be used for the purpose of dealing
with any claims that may arise. All data processing takes
place in the UK, and is regulated under the Data Protection
Act 1998.
Disclosure of information
We do not disclose any information provided
by you to third parties, except as detailed below, unless
we are required to by law or any court order.
Third party companies
In order to provide you with quotations and/or
insurance cover we will disclose various details about you
to insurance companies and mortgage lenders.
Product updates
We will keep your name, address and contact
details on our database and may from time to time use that
information to make you aware of additional products, services
and developments in the insurance sector generally which
may be of interest to you. If you do not want your contact
details used for these purposes please email your details

Cookies
We do not use cookies on our web site.

Where relevant, this web site and our computer
systems have security measures in place with the aim of protecting
information and personal details that you provide us.
Modifying and removing personal information
You may update any information you have given
to us by either writing to the address below, sending an
email to info@goima.co.uk .If at any time you would like
your record and all personal information relating to you
removed from our system, please send an e-mail to info@goima.co.uk.
Such removal may not be possible until any current contracts
of insurance with you have expired.
You may be entitled to a copy of the information
we hold about you under the provisions of the Data Protection

Data Protection
By registering your details on this website,
you are giving your explicit consent to us holding personal
data which you provide to us, including any sensitive personal
data as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998.
FSA Compliance
We will pass your information to an independent
mortgage adviser. As soon as we determine the actual adviser
best suited to your needs, the adviser will be advised via
phone or email with your details. The selected adviser will
then contact you by telephone. All our advisers are independent
and are authorised and regulated by the FSA.
If you have a need to complain about our services
or that of your nominated adviser and If we are unable to
resolve your complaint to your satisfaction you may have
the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman
Service. Our staff can assist you with this.
Online Security
Your personal details are not stored on any
part of our site.
You recognise that the internet is accessible
to anyone with the appropriate technical capability and as
such it is impossible to protect totally against the abuse
of the system by third parties, including the introduction
of a virus onto the system. You acknowledge that it is your
responsibility to satisfy yourself that your own information
technology is protected against computer viruses.
Execution Only Transactions
For execution only transactions you will not
have received advice from our nominated adviser on the suitability
of any transaction, product or fund. It is your responsibility
to check that you are eligible for your chosen plan and to
seek professional advice if you feel it is appropriate to
do so. For a transaction to be deemed execution only the
client must have chosen the product provider, product, premium
or sum assured, term and any other options without advice
from our chosen adviser. All other transactions will be on
an advised basis and this will be confirmed in writing to
you by your chosen adviser.
Quotations
All quotations are given in good faith and
are subject to completion of a satisfactory proposal form
and acceptance by the insurance company. It is the proposer's
responsibility to answer all questions honestly, correctly
and to disclose any material facts to your chosen adviser.
Terms and conditions of advisers
If you enter into any agreement with any of
our nominated advisers as a result of any referral by us
we do not hold ourselves responsible for any advice or recommendation
given. We do not hold ourselves out as providing any legal,
mortgage advice or any financial advice. In addition we do
not offer any advice regarding the nature or suitability
of any product recommended, loan, scheme or investment. We
recommend you take separate professional advice from your
solicitor, accountant or financial adviser if you may be
unsure of the value or effect of any such arrangement. We
do not control and do not accept liability for the actions
of any of our nominated advisers or other third party directly
or indirectly through using our services or web site. We
not control and do not accept liability for the actions of
your nominated adviser with whom you decide to contract as
a result of using our services.
Policy Documents
Policy documents will be issued to clients
at the address stated on the proposal form. All policies
and documents must be checked by the policyholder for accuracy
and suitability. Any errors notified to your adviser will
then be rectified.
Complaints
It is our aim to always provide a prompt and
efficient service. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy
with our service or the service of your nominated adviser
and wish to make a complaint, please contact us via email.
To complaints We
will respond to all complaints within five working days and
will keep you fully updated on the progress of your complaint.
English Law
These terms and conditions and the policies they relate
to shall be governed by English Law. Your statutory rights
are unaffected.
